The document review process is a critical stage in the evaluation of applications for the SGS 2026 scholarship. All submitted documents will be carefully examined by the reviewers to ensure their validity and relevance. The authenticity of the documents is of paramount importance; any indication of falsification or misrepresentation may result in immediate disqualification. In addition, the completeness of the submitted materials plays a decisive role in the selection process. Incomplete applications may not be considered for further evaluation. Therefore, applicants are strongly advised to ensure that all required documents are accurate, authentic, and fully submitted to support their candidacy.
The interview process constitutes a subsequent stage for candidates who have successfully passed the document review and fulfilled all required application criteria. Eligible candidates will be notified by the admissions office via email and will be scheduled to participate in an online interview conducted through Zoom Meeting. Applicants are strongly advised to regularly monitor the email address used during the SGS Scholarship 2026 application process and to promptly confirm their availability for the scheduled interview. Failure to respond to the interview invitation or absence at the interview schedule will result in disqualification, and no rescheduling or repeat interview will be arranged.
The results of the SGS Scholarship 2026 selection will be announced through official email notifications to all applicants and will also be published on this website under the “Announcements” sub-menu. Applicants are advised to regularly check both their email and the website for updates regarding the selection outcome.
Following the official acceptance of candidates into the SGS Scholarship 2026 program, the subsequent stage involves the processing of visa and residence permits. The cost of visa application will be borne by the applicants; however, administrative assistance will be provided by the International Office of UIN Sunan Kalijaga.
All accepted candidates are expected to arrive in Indonesia no later than 15 August 2026, as the academic semester is scheduled to commence on 1 September 2026.
