Targeting QUS Ranking, Rector Prof. Noorhaidi says, "We have the calculation, and we are sure we can prove it!"

Given its historical record and experience as a State Islamic University, UIN Sunan Kalijaga presently holds a respectable reputation.

"We've calculated our resources, and for the present, our primary objective is to achieve a position in the QUS world rankings! We are confident that we can demonstrate it given the institution's reputation and our both academic and non-academic achievements. And we need the cooperation of all parties involved in order to accomplish this goal."

Prof. Noorhaidi, the Rector of UIN Sunan Kalijaga, remarked this during a meeting with the Vice Deans for Cooperation and International Affairs of the university. The Centre of Developing Cooperation and International Affairs, with Dr Witriani as the present head, is hosting this event. Representatives from several sectors also attended the meetings, including the Language Centre, the International Office of Faculties, postgraduate programmes, student admission sectors, and the university cooperation body.

The professor of Islamic politics at the Faculty of Sharia stressed that many internal adjustments will be needed to accomplish this. To ensure this goal is achieved effectively, the CDCIA becomes one of the key coordinators. To accomplish these objectives, it is crucial to set up an easily accessible global information system regarding the distinctiveness of Islamic studies in Jogja. The extensive expertise of lecturer and their well-regarded research publications, research programmes created by the institution, academic courses for students, and other student-strengthening programmes that consider Jogja's cultural diversity. We'll need this information as it allows us to promote it through different international exposures or with relevant stakeholders.

Lastly, Noorhaidi, a young member of the prestigious Indonesian Academy of Sciences, encourages the attendees to strive further towards their objective by saying, "Let's see the challenges we are facing as problems because every difficulty always has a way!"
